    and not take the new frocks I just bought...Never!

    would love to travel with just a bikini, moo moo and thongs..oh well, maybe in another life:cloud9:

    we are only taking around 30 kg in luggage, and bringing back 112kg.....so I think a few clothes will be bought:rolleyes1

    so, so jealous, and so very happy for you that in just over 2 weeks you'll be on an amazing trip...

    take lots and lots and lots of pictures.. cannot wait to read the TR when you get back!!!

    I can't wait to have to go ahead to shop to my purse's content :laughing:


    I still need travel insurance, ESTA's, sim cards, some cash and some sleep...

    We just booked the airport parking, $147 for a month, not bad at all.

    Isaac and his tropical storm cronies better cooperate now :rolleyes1 I don't want any interruptions

    don't forget to
    notify the bank re you being out of the country so they can sort your credit card for USA transactions

    also buy you photopass if you are going to..save $50 (did mine yesterday)

    fill in your info on the aussie embassy site https://www.orao.dfat.gov.au/orao/weborao.nsf/Homeform?Openform

    suspend gym memberships/ papers / etc

    my list is getting longer..how does this happen??

    Got my phone unlocked yesterday.

    Good list Karen - don't forget Aussie Post if no-one is at home! I get my neighbours to dispose of the junk mail, but being away for 4 weeks I'll get Aussie Post to hold the mail!! Makes for good reading when you get home...!!!! :coffee: :crazy2:

    I'm not sure how i'd go with a kindle (i'd be afraid i'd drop it in the bath :upsidedow:rotfl:)

    I'll be grabbing a good book before we go (only 1) and we'll see how we go with that.

    omg, my parents used to do this when they left on holiday too :)

    i was the only one of the 3 of us who followed it though :confused3 i took great pride in ticking things off the list :littleangel:

    funnily enough, when i went on my holiday, i gave a house manual to my mum and she was like 'what do i need this for? I know what I'm doing!!'

    yes. turnabout. fair play. i'm sure there was a lesson in there somewhere :teacher: hehehe
