I looked for a thread but didn't see one. I'm toying with the idea of trying Jillian's 30 Day Shred starting this coming Monday to help me with the push I need to get below 200. Weight loss has kinda stalled for me the past few weeks and I'm hoping that spicing things up with Jillian may help the scale to start cooperating again. Have you done the dvds before? How many days per week did you do it? What were your results?
