2016 Free Dining Watch

I get why everyone is saying Jersey week has always been blacked out, however, I have gone for the past 3 years during Jersey week and always had free dining. It seems that FD has been offered until the Saturday leading up to Jersey week, (which this year is Nov 5) and the blackout starting on the Sunday. I can only hope for the rumored dates to change or for an elusive pin to save my vacation.

At the very least, I am sure they will be here for moral support. I love our group, my husband is 100% not a planner so, this is where I come to justify my obsession lol.

I'm right here with you! My husband loves the benefits of having a planning wife, but just doesn't get into it like I do. Happy to be among kindred spirits

I have my whole house clean because I can't sit still waiting! I could never give up the planning part, I love it although it drives me crazy!

My husband is the same way lol he occasionally asks for updates "We still staying at CBR? We still going to Disney?" Haha he knows how obsessed I am with planning too

Ha,ha, I spent all day yesterday cleaning, and refreshing the boards every time I walked past my phone. I love it too!

Last year, after booking FD, I changed resorts, and my husband didn't know until we got there lol.

no DH for me but I am the family "Disney vacation planner". My BIL HATES Disney (can you imagine?). So it's just me and my kids and my sis and her two. Sis knows nothing about Disney vacation planning, has no MDE account. Only thing she knows is to send me anything she gets via e-mail or snail mail from Disney Destinations. and to give me $$ to pay for her part when I tell her to.
the family does appreciate all I do to make our family vacations possible.

My BIL goes on a fishing vacation with this buddies the year we go to Disney; seems to work for them.

Same boat. My husband doesn't care to go and quite frankly he is more expensive and needy than any of us. So me and my SIL take the kids and split the room price. Works out wonderfully for all of us. Saves us both money by splitting the hotel, we have each other to help with kids and my husband gets a week "stay-cation" by himself during hunting season. WIN-WIN!!

With the 5th and 6th ( this year) being wine and dine marthon and Jersey week being 6th -12th, Im thinking thats why it will be blacked out.

I start talking and my husbands eyes glaze over. I have no idea why! I then go find one of my kids and if that doesn't work I call my mom and she doesn't even like Disney! She keeps thinking once the kids are gone I won't go.....what's wrong with her!
So happy to find people I can relate to and prove I'm not crazy!
