2006+ Shows Not on iTunes!?!?!

Hi,
I want to listen to the old episodes, starting in 2006 on my iphone but I cannot find them on iTunes. The earliest episode that has downloaded onto my phone is from 7/03/12. A few months ago I had all the episodes. Did an Apple update mess with our ability to download older shows? Please help!!!

(I apologize for the dramatics. I've been searching online for a way to fix the problem and I'm getting quite frustrated. )

Whoops, didn't see this post before posting my question this morning! I think it is due to an iTunes software update, because I used to see them all.

Another couple of things that may contribute to this. A few months ago they changed the podcast feed URL. Also hosting back episodes of podcast can be expensive so many podcast take older shows down from the itunes feeds so they can not be downloaded.
