While trying to book a January vacation I was told that there was no 180 + 10 for ADR.

Was I told wrong or has the +10 really ended?

    Thanks!

I called in June 1st to do the same thing for a December vaca. The cast member said it depended on which restaurant. For instance I was able to do the 180 + 10 for everything with the exception of Cinderella's Royal Table. They strictly adhere to the 180 day rule.

When I called last week and asked if I could do the 180+10 while staying at the Shades of Green in December, they said "no, it's only for Disney Resorts." So, it seems if you're staying in a Disney Resort, you can do the 180+10. I'm sure the person who posted about CRT is also correct for that dining experience. It makes sense for CRT since they want everyone to be able to have the same chance of reserving it.

It only counts for Disney resort guests, but you can only book 180 days for DTD restaurants.

My husband made our ADR's for our DEc 15-21 trip on the 180 day mark and was able to book all of them except for Rainforest which we had to call back on the 180 day mark for it:banana:

It's still a perk for onsite guests. It's book at 180 days from check in and book up to 10 days worth all with one call.

However, as others have said, some do not participate or only release a very few at that point and you still have to call at 180 days from when you want to eat at those restaurants. CRT being one of them.

Not true. I used the 180+10 for all ADRs INCLUDING CRT. I called the first day I could for the Dec 1 start of my trip and make my CRT breakfast reservation for Dec 9th that day.

I called at 180 mark (2 weeks ago) and was able to make all our ADR's including CRT breakfast Christmas morning which was on 10th day of 180 + 10 day rule. So Yes if you're staying at Disney resort you can make ADR's @ 180 days + 10 day rule still. Good Luck. I hope you get all the ADR's you're hoping to get:wizard:
If you're trying to get something hard to get and they tell you it's booked then call back @ 180 day mark. I think they open a few for that. Good Luck!

Raglan Road is another that only opens their reservations at exactly the 180 day mark. I had to call back for that one.

Thanks everyone! Why is that that people here know more than the Cms?? :confused3

I remember on our last trip I couldn't use the + 10 for CRT or Wolfgang Puck. It's interesting to hear that some could book CRT with the +10. I guess you just never know.
