For those who've been on a 14 night Panama cruise, I'm wondering if the regular menus at Parrot Cay, Triton's and Animator's Palate repeat themselves? My favorite regular menu is at Parrot Cay, and I wouldn't mind one bit if I get to go back and get to have the same menu.

No, as the pp said, they don't repeat menus. They add special themed menus so you'll have a different menu every night. But remember on the nights that the signature menus are served, when you are in the other two restaurants, you can ask your server/head server to get you something from the Parrot Cay kitchen.
