DAY 11 - May 24th, 2011 - Cadiz, Spain (Part 7) And so, at 2:30, James and I got off the ship to begin our adventures in Cadiz. We had a couple of maps (that DCL provided): a general map, and then a walking guide with numerous maps and paths to take. We consider ourselves pretty smart guys with adequate map reading capabilities. Boy did this city makes us feel pretty stupid, haha! We had a REAL hard time starting our walking tour! We knew which walking tour we wanted to take, but we just couldnt find our way on it! After a good 15-20 minutes, we decided to just forgo the map and walk around on our own. I dont know what our problem was. Anyway, Im just going to post pictures as I dont quite remember what it what. After we got started walking around, we found colored marked paths on the ground that we would follow (that, SURPRISE, correlated to our walking tour map! Go figure...were SO smart). I will say that street names were not easily visible (or sometimes not given). Like I said in that last update, we walked A LOT. I just want to reiterate that statement. Picture time!
