Got our luggage tags on June 19th.
Got our Magic Bands not too long ago.
New plans made by DW at work because we wanted to ride DINOSAUR before the refurb, the Tree of Life show and the Jungle Book atrocity, just to say we did it...

you might want to see if you can shift EE fp+ to after the jungle book show. It's really different in the dark and I highly recommend it. I haven't checked since the crowds came in but I haven't seen EE more than 15 minutes (really a 5 minute wait + walk up to the line) after 6pm so you'll get a couple rides on it.

Are they doing FP+ at EE that late? I recall when they started the late nights at AK they were only running EE standby but maybe that changed

Either way it shouldn't be an issue to get a ride in right after the JB show - that is our plan at least, even if do single rider

I did a fp+ for the safari for after the show on opening weekend. AK is really quiet at night though and while people watch the first show I tend to get a few rides in both before it's dark and just after. Single rider actually tends to be longer so be careful of that (you can see how long that line is without getting in, but you can't see the other lines).

It looks like dino has some for tonight but that ride is really a walk on, not many do it at night and there is no reason to unless you want to get some rides in before it's down for refurb.

the show is really helpful for rides, by 8:45ish the line for second show is pretty full and the first show is sitting in the theater and people start to head to see the tree.. it really makes the rides very quick to get on (and there's only 5 rides to do at night).

We're going to try and go on KS at dusk. AK is open until 11PM Saturday night, so we may hit up Typhoon Lagoon in the morning (dependent on many factors) and then AK later in the day. The big reasons we're going to AK during this trip are DINOSAUR starts a huge refurbishment on 7/25, Dark Rum Dole Whip, EE, and Jungle Book show. We love EE at night, we'll probably go back to that area and ride it standby before or after the Tree of Life light show or Jungle Book. We've seen FOTLK and FN shows too many times, so it'll be nice to half-day AK when it's cooler outside.

I thought they'd put me back in a walking boot, but they decided I get another 3 weeks in a new cast before then. No pools for me ;(

Biscuits on our Bounty Platter breakfast this morning at POR tasted like chlorine. Everything else was superb!
Shout out to CM Allye, going to Spalding University also from Louisville, KY! Very friendly.

We requested a room closer to the lobby (bath fan didn't work, broken handle on the shower) and we got one.
We rushed out of that room and were in our new one in about 25 minutes total from picking up the phone.
We set the room temperature and left for Animal Kingdom. Just got back... room is at the same temperature.
Guest Services must hate me by now.
Currently waiting for a repair.

Here's a pic of the beef gyro flatbread (featured in the foreground-DW had the ribs) at Harambe Market... the chick pea/corn/tomato salsa leaks through the cardboard container, so watch out if you order it!
