I'm so excited!!!!

I just can't hide it!!!

I made my 10% goal at weight watchers and received my 10% keychain. I have now lost over 15 lbs on weight watchers in just 12 weeks!!!! I set my final goal weight at 130 lbs which means I have 13.4 lbs left to lose. Technically I am within my weight range now and could decide to maintain at this weight and become a lifetime member. I still want to lose more so I'm setting the goal. I can do it in great part because of you all.

Thanks

Can I join you all?

I m heavier than I ve ever been, and I m tired of it.

I need to make appropriate lifestyle changes so that I will be around for my kids. My plan: at least 10 min a day, and 3 times a week I will walk at least 16000 steps.
Diet:Weight Watchers
My goal, to lose 30 pounds by the time we go to Disney in April, to be in better physical health so that I can enjoy it more...and to continue it when I get home.

Of course you can join in. We have been a very successful bunch around here. Weight Watchers is a great plan, I've been very happy with it. I think if you stick to plan you will be able to do it. We use this thread to report our weekly progress. We have another thread that we use for support http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=982721 You can join us there anytime for extra support and lots of motivation.

12/26/06: 142.8 lbs = gain of .2 lbs in two weeks and loss of 16.2 lbs overall (Not bad considering it was Christmas)
I weighed in today. I expected the worse as I have been really bad and have not dieted in 2 weeks due to my back issues and the holidays. Much to my surprise I only gained .2 lbs. I also was wearing jewerly and not my weigh in outfit so I could really have maintained

Hi everyone! I am really going to set my mind & do this.

First Goal: Lose 10 pounds by March 1st
Second Goal: Lose another 20 pounds by Dec. 1st

I am going to watch what I eat & curb the sweets. I will also drink more water. I will try to start walking more for exercise & then once I lose some weight, I will concentrate more on exercising.

I want to be able to fit into my smaller clothes & not cringe when I look at myself in the mirror. I tell everyone that I am happy with myself & this is me. But I am not & I need to quit trying to kid myself.

Start weight: 1/02/07 - 160 lbs
1/09/07-158 lbs Loss of 2 lbs
1/16/07- 157 lbs Loss of 1 lb
1/23/07 - 155 lbs Loss of 2 lbs
1/30/07 - 153 lbs Loss of 2 lbs
2/06/07 150 lbs Loss of 3 lbs Met 1st Goal
2/13/07 - 149 lbs Loss of 1 lb
2/27/07 - 147 lbs Loss of 2 lbs
3/27/07 - 144 lbs Loss of 3 lbs
4/10/07 - 143 lbs Loss of 1 lb
4/17/07 - 142 lbs Loss of 1 lb
4/24/07 - 140 lb Loss of 2 lbs
5/08/07 - 139 lbs loss of 1 lb
5/15/07 - 138 lbs loss of 1 lb
5/29/07 - 136 lbs loss of 2 lbs
6/19/07 - 135 lbs loss of 1 lb
6/26/07 - 134 lbs loss of 1 lb
7/03/07 - 133 lbs loss of 1 lb
7/10/07 - 132 lbs loss of 1 lb
8/21/07 131 lbs loss of 1 lb
8/28/07 - 128 lbs loss of 3 lbs Goal met

1/9/07: 140.0 lbs = loss of 3.2 lbs. Only 10 lbs to go!!!
Check it Out!!! I only have 10 lbs to go!!! and that is on weight watchers scales. I can't believe that I lost 3.2 lbs last week. I guess exercise, even minimal really does pay off. Who'd da thunk it?

I need to join you guys. I gained 25 lbs in my first year of marriage and thought i was just getting older. I went to the doctor after being sick way too many times in a year (once at WDW). He told me that my thyroid was shot, and hence the weight gain. Things are going better now, however, I have never lost the weight. I've gained about 10lbs in the last year or so on top, so I have about 40 lbs to lose. UGH. I really need to do it!

MY GOAL: To lose 40 pounds

MY PLAN:
Excersize at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Also, NO MORE POP(soda), and healthier eating!

PROGRESS: 40 lbs yet to lose
