Updated. I earned my 1st 5 lbs lost star tonight. I think that I might have to create a design for each 5 lbs that I lose. I remember someone else doing that and I thought it was cool.

I'm still plugging along. I'm down another 1.4 lbs. I'm back in a size 10 so I'm feeling better about that.

GOAL - 40 more pounds (have already lost the first 60)

DIET - NutriSystem

EXERCISE - mainly walking 20-30 minutes a day with weight training and resistance training 3 times a week.

PROGRESS -
8/22/06: - 1 lb. (39 more to go)
8/29/06: - 1 lb. (38 more to go)
9/5/06: - 1 lb. (37 more to go)
9/12/06: - 1.4 lbs (35.6 more to go)
9/26/06: - 3.6 lbs (32 more to go)
10/3/06: - 2.0 lbs (30 more to go)

TOTAL LOST: - 70 lbs.

Good job Deb anytime the scale numbers go down is a good thing.

Sorry the numbers are going down slower than you would like. Just keep on moving, eating healthier and making good choices.

Updating my progress.........I finally got to add another smilie for another 10lbs gone.
