Slow and steady wins the race. That's what I say. I've been losing weight since by last baby and he turns 35 this month. I think I'm sooo slow I'm going backwards. lol Anyway, I did get brave enough to get on the scale and I stayed the same. Better than a gain. Have a great day everyone. By the way, is anyone in MO? I need to know what to pack, going to Branson on Sat.

Lost 1 lb this week. That brings my total to 14.6 so close to 15. I'm pleased so far!
We leave Saturday for vacation---5 days in Hilton Head SC & then driving down to Disney for Destination D. I am planning on tracking my food, eating lots of seafood, being active & hoping to not gain!

Good morning Weigh in was a little disappointing, I am only down 1/2 lb Total loss so far is 12.4 lbs. I will keep plugging along though & hope for better next week!

Knowing how difficult it is to lose weight, I think it's great anytime you have a weight loss rather than a gain or stayed the same. Congratulations on losing another 1/2lb Janet!!

I am down 1lb this week, loss so far 13.2 lbs. Slow going, but I have till Aug. of next year to meet my goal. I think I can do that

I'm glad that you are heading in the right direction. I seem to keep slipping backwards though it seems to be the same few lbs each time. Maybe someday I'll actually get back on plan and stay there.

Checking back in. We got home late Monday night. I was supposed to go back to WW last night, but was feeling a bit under the weather. Won't know the damage until next week. I did great while we were at HHI--lots of fish, exercised a ton & THEN we got to WDW. I was not so good there......it was just too hard & my willpower went by the way side. Back on track now though!

I am late checking in, but I did weigh in Mon. Sad to say my weight stayed the same I am hopeful that with me being back to work that this will help jump start my weight loss again.

As long as the scales is not going up, we have to be happy right?
As you know, I wasn't feeling well last week & missed my weigh in. Then I have had to go out of town unexpectedly with my Mom so I will miss weigh in tonight as well. I have been on program & exercising even though I haven't been to meetings since we got back from vacation. Hopefully next week I will finally get to a meeting to weigh in. I don't weigh on other scales since I have no idea if they would be the same as WW scales & don't want to freak myself out.
Keep swimming everybody.

My weight has been up and down the last several weeks. Lots of stress with jobs and just totally busy with the kids activities. Unfortunately things won't be slowing down over the next 3 weeks. Maybe, just maybe I'll be able to refocus then. I haven't given up, but I just don't have time to devote to diet and exercise.
