Help! Yeast question (making cinnamon bread)
Hi, I'm hoping one of you baking experts can help me with this---my recipe calls for 3 of the 1/4 oz. packets of dry yeast. All I have is a little tub of dry yeast. How much would 1/4 oz. be in terms of teaspoons? Thanks for your help!

The label on my jar says that 2¼ teaspoons = 1 package (¼ oz) of Rapid Rise Yeast.
