Has There Ever Been a Hurricane With Your Name?

I haven't had one. The Atlantic hurricanes seldom get to the R's and when they have it's always something else, never Roberta.

My birthday (9/10) is the peak of the hurricane season though. It's more likely there will be a hurricane in the Atlantic on that date than any other time of the year.

no and I can't imagine there would ever be a hurricane named Rae Jean! I can't imagine why anyone would name a kid that, let alone a hurricane!!

Never in my name - my DD4 has Emily right now. She is abaolutely enthralled with the hurricane coverage, and thrilled to see her name on tv.

Did a search and found this site w/past and future hurricane names. Did you know that hurricanes thru 2007 are already named?

Here's another result: My name is on the retired list, lol.

Sorta...there was a tropical storm Allison a few years ago that came through here and dumped A LOT of rain! Lots of flooding. My work at the time even closed for the day because the flooding was so bad.
