Help!! My Netflix queue is almost empty!

Got any suggestions?

Also, is anyone interested in that "Friends" feature?

{{{Looks around}}} Just don't take Sherry's advice. She'll have you ordering all Will Ferrell movies.

Cold Mountain
Collateral
The Aviator
Blade:Trinity

We have coming:
Little Black Book

In Good Company

Hitch is coming out next week. Go to blocbuster.com and see what is being released soon. I always add them to my Queue even if they are not released yet.

If you like VERY DARK comedy, I recommend Employee of the Month with Matt Dillon,Steve Zaun, and Christina Applegate....

Me too, so I will show you a partial list of my rental history with comments

Friday the 13th: Part 5: A New Beginning, 1985 - Classic 80 gore. no redeeming qualities at all.. just the way I like horror movies.. lol.

The Aviator, 2004 - Loved this movie. Popped the extra bag of popcorn. It's almost 3 hours long. Mostly about Hughes' contribution to aviation, but delves into his private life as well.

Spanglish, 2004 Better than I thought it would be considering I'm not a big Adam Sandler fan. Pretty good for his first "serious" role.

Ladder 49, 2004 - Very good movie. Might be hard if you have firefighter in the family.

Elektra, 2005 - Don't bother unless you're a comic book fan

Ella Enchanted, 2004 - Very cute if you have any tweens or teens in the house.

Uptown Girls, 2003 - Also appeals to the young female group

Raising Helen, 2004 - Ditto

What a Girl Wants, 2003 - Ditto.. What can I say.. I have a teenage daughter

Saw, 2004 - Gory, but the way they tied the different characters together is good.

The Phantom of the Opera: Special Edition - Now I HAVE to see the play!

The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement, 2004 - If you like the original
you will like this one too.

The Forgotten, 2004 - need i say more

S.W.A.T., 2003 - good action

King Arthur, 2004 - Loved this movie, but will warn you, it's not the typical King Arthur story.

Alien vs. Predator, 2004 Possibly one of the worst movies ever made.

Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid, 2004 - more of the same.. big snakes.

Secondhand Lions, 2003 - This was a sleeper movie. After I watched it, I couldn't understand why it wasn't more succesfful.

The Mexican, 2001 - Brad Pitt does nothing for me, but I thought what the heck. Better than I thought it would be. James Gadolfini is GREAT!

Holes, 2003 - Didn't watch it, but now DD wants a copy for her own, so I guess it would appeal to the younger crowd.

Ray, 2004 - JAMIE FOX - OSCAR - nothing I can say would do this film justice

SpongeBob SquarePants: The Movie, 2004 - Refused to watch it as I don't understand the the attraction of the "SPONGE". DD loved it, but she adores Spongebob.

Scary Movie 3, 2003 - skipped this one too, but typical goofy humor movie from what I understand

The Grudge, 2004 - was okay... didn't live up to the hype

The Notebook, 2004 - one word - Kleenex

Desperado / El Mariachi, 1995 - Antonio x 2

Once Upon a Time in Mexico, 2003 - Antonio and Johnny

The Last Samurai, 2003 - Apparently I am the only person in the world that liked this movie.

Underworld, 2003 - different story, but the "mood of the movie" was alot like Van Helsing.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse, 2004 - didn't make much of an impact on me. what i can remember seems like it was just a repeat of the first one.

Open Water, 2004 - the "behind the scenes" stories were just as good as the movie.. Real sharks, no stunt actors

A Cinderella Story, 2004 - cute and sweet - think diabetic coma

The Lizzie McGuire Movie, 2003 - It's the Hillary Duff show!, but young girls will like it.

Man on Fire, 2004 - Very good, especially if you are a Denzel fan.

Collateral, 2004 - Not sure which was more surprising, Tom Cruise as a bad guy with gray hair or Jamie Fox being serious. Just a glimmer of what Fox would show us with Ray. Pretty good show.

Okay, sorry to be so long. You may have already seen most of these. Everybody has different taste. This was just my opinions on a wide range of films. Hope you find something .. HAPPY MOVIE WATCHING!

I like almost everything (even movies most people don't like), but I can tell you what NOT to put in your queue:

OPEN WATER

Omg. This was the worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life. After the movie ended, everyone just sat there. It was so unbelievably bad we were speechless.

Movies I've recently rented/seen and loved:

Star Wars Saga (particularly Return of the Jedi)
Lemony Snicket (not great if you haven't read the first 3 books..)
Super Size Me (entertaining documentary)

can't think of anymore right now... (I did enjoy the forgotten and elektra, but I'll leave those out because most people hated them)

Lady Collector, if you liked movies that most people hate, that's okay. Just think how boring the world would be if everybody was alike. I admit Open Water as a movie wasn't that great, but the behind the scenes info about how the sharks were real and the actors were really in the water with them fascinated me for some reason.
