Expedia Booking Free Dining

I was playing at expedia, and I noticed you can book the package, and it notes the free dining but doesn't say anything about the Tickets. It seems to connect the free dining to the room only. Also, it appears as though through Expedia you can book less than 5 nights, and get the package. Has anyone else looked at booking this deal on line for less than 5 nights? Disney told me 5 night minimum.

Here's what I found on Expedia....

Terms and Conditions
The Disney Dining Plan is only available for bookings made between June 2 and July 1, 2005. Qualifying bookings must include a stay of three nights or more at a participating on-site Walt Disney World® Resort Hotel and Disney’s Magic Your Way Base Ticket with Park Hopper® Option for travel between August 21 and October 4, 2005. The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Table Service meal, one (1) Counter Service meal, and one (1) Snack per guest, per night at participating locations. The duration of the Disney Dining Plan must coincide with the number of nights of the room reservation. Any guest in the party may use any number of the meals at any time during the resort stay. Certain dining locations require the redemption of two Table Service meals per guest. *One table service meal may be exchanged for one Character Dining Experience. Two table service meals may be exchanged for either one Signature Dining Experience at a fine dining restaurant such as the acclaimed California Grill, or for one Disney Dinner Show, such as Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. Guests ages 3 to 9 must order from the children’s menu where available. The Disney Dining Plan will be provided upon check-in. Offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply

Expedia

Well, how do you book it on expedia... you book room only there, and they want payment in full, and it says dining is included, but when and where do you buy your Magic you way tickets? I would hate to book at Expedia, and find out when I arrived, I didn't really get the package.

beth,

I agree. I am confused. I don't see how to book the tickets on expedia. There is no ticket fee in the total package fee.

Expedia CLeared up

If you go to the board with codes and rates section (Resorts Board) you will find out the details... basically if you continue to book on expedia, it will eventually tell you you have to buy the tickets, and you at that time pick the # of days tickets you want. The major disadvantage is you have to pay in full at time of booking. This system will let you book less than 5 nights, but you have to pay in full. CRO told me 5 night minimum.

I booked the package through Disney for 4 nights, with 1 day tickets as we already have tickets. The price through Expedia was good, but I couldn't purchase less than a 3 day ticket.
