WebTV HTML clip-art help (off topic)
I am sorry that this may be off topic, but those of you that use WebTV and want to understand how clip-art works in the signature, using HTML (Hyper Text Mark-up Language). The following will take you to the Tech Board for this information, and maybe it will help everyone that is a beginner.
