Hi everyone

Does anyone know if there is a sample menu of the Palo Brunch anywhere online?? I was able to find the dinner, but not the brunch.

Thanks for your help!

Giandave23: I have been to brunch at least 4 times and don't remember seeing a menu! I'm sure others will be able to advise otherwise. You are given a grand tour of the food tables by your knowledgeable server, including the pizza area and entree items. There is so much food and the presentation is wonderful. Enjoy! Jan

We weren't given a menu either. Gemma gave us a tour of the food tables & that was quite extensive. Let's just say almost anything you could possibly think of is available at the brunch. YUMMY! I can't wait to go again!

I've never seen a menu for Palo brunch either. The brunch is 3/4 buffet--the server brings you your main course, but you collect your other courses yourself. There are a lot of seafood appetizers, including black caviar, shrimp, smoked salmon, etc.
There is a really nice selection of cheeses, salads and pates as well. There is a sweet roll and pastry table. They show you the day's selection of hot dishes, you pick from among them--but I've never seen a list. Then there is a dessert buffet.
With brunch you also get a glass of champagne or a mimosa.
We liked everything about the brunch, except the seafood (oyster?) shooter--everything else was delicious.

What are the main courses?
We have a brunch reserved, but I am not usually a fan of buffet style.
As a mother I prefer to be waited on, instead of serve yourself, still undecided.

The entrees vary in our very limited experience (twice on our first cruise earlier this month). There were flatbreads, eggs Benedict, pancakes, French toast with berries IIRC, chicken Parmigiana. Sweets and savories.

Am I the only one who wishes the servers skipped the "tour?" There isn't a lot of space. It was awkward trying to see everything during the tour as well as difficult to access the tables when servers were taking groups through the area. I do think it is important to point out the area where the entrees are displayed since they set a bit apart from everything else.

It's not your normal buffet.

As a mom of 3, this is not something I would miss. No kids running around and all of the yummy stuff you want, that is if you like all of the above mentioned food. For this I will wait on myself. I this isn't like your normal feeding trough. It is nice and relaxed and quiet.

If we won't touch any of the seafood (fish, shellfish, caviar, etc.) is it still worth it trying to get one the elusive reservations for brunch? Or are we better off with tea and/or dinner?

Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of seafood, not one bit. I did find alot of wonderful things to eat. And,we haven't missed having Palo dinner in the 3 cruises that we've been on.
