JUST home from surgery!

Turned out to be a LONG day. The surgeon was about a half hour late to start with. Dennis came through great though. Throat looks fine, but the doc took a biospy of the tonsil just to be sure. The node is now history but the tumor had attached itself to the Jugler vein and that needed to be removed. He is cancer free!!

He did again have a problem with the anethesia and came home with "plumbing parts". I have to call the urologist tomorrow. (sorry if TMI! )

Like I said, we just got home.......I'm grabbing some dinner, taking care of Thumper and calling it a night!!

AQ - Don't know the history of your story but so happy to hear that surgery is successful. I am assuming Dennis is your DH but I'm wondering who/what Thumper is! Seriously, get some well needed rest and sending prayers and pixie dust your way -- never too late as far as I am concerned.

Thumper is the bunny she adopted in from the wild. There's some pretty good posts about him too!

Glad to hear the news about Dennis! :jumping4:

Great news. I hope both of you get caught up on some much needed rest. I'm sure the biopsy will be clear & you guys are going to have a great New Year!
