Your Official Happy New Year from Times Square!

I can always see the ball drop from my window here. During the countdown on tv, I lower the sound at #3 and can hear the roar of the crowd counting, "Two, One!" then there is the roar of the crowd which is deafening even from here, blocks away.
The fireworks were incredible this year, bigger than in most years.

So this is YOUR official Happy New Year!
from someone at Times Square.

Have a safe, happy, peaceful, prosperous & creative new year everyone.

It's great getting it in "stereo" out the window - except it always freaks out the cat. LOL

:thewave: They are still screaming out the window.

Why get all excited about something as silly as a fake celebrity? Or getting a tag?

Let me just say how jealous I am

Still not midnight here yet, and we were too busy watching this STUPID STUPID movie that we didn't flip on to watch the ball drop this year!

Happy New Year!
