this is so good it is worth repeating......
Chocolate sauce for ice cream making combine and stir until disolved.... 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon soft butter... 1 ounce Bakers unsweetened chocolate.. 1/4 cup cream boil these ingredients with out stirring for 7 minutes (we do it in the microwave). add one tablespoon of sherry or light wine.....cheap stuff..... and 1/4 teaspoon of good vanilla.......... and stir in.......use it on home made ice cream........this is so rich.....I hope you all enjoy it
