Spinach Salad With Honey Dressing
1 Bunch (10 Oz). Fresh Spinach -- torn 1 Small Head Iceberg Lettuce -- torn 2 Green Onions -- thinly sliced 3 Tablespoons Chopped Green Pepper 1 Medium Cucumber -- quartered and sliced 2 Large Oranges peeled and cut into bit-sized pieces 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons Honey 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
