Mickey ears

On my last trip to WDW, I bought the bride/groom mouse ears, bc we were intending on making a honeymoon trip to wdw. We've changed our plans and we're doing the cruise only, but I still have these hats...has anyone seen honeymoon couples wearing these on the boat? I'm having my doubts about wearing them on the ship..don't want to draw too much attention to myself.

No, we have been on four DCL cruises, never saw the Mickey hats on grown-ups.

I can't imagine wearing them all day, like you would to the parks, but they might be fun for some photo ops. If you don't mind packing them, I'd bring them! Are you going on a 7 day? I think they'd look cute with your formalwear, especially if you stick to basic black & white.

Congrats & have fun!

We have!

Yep! We've seen them although on deck the bride and groom were struggling to keep them in place. As the trip progressed we saw them on the way to dinner but not out and about!

I saw them once on a couple in line to board. Don't remember seeing them the rest of the trip. I think they would be cute for your boarding picture and I like the idea of the formal shot. Mickey is in tails on formal night and Minnie in a long white dress - it would be cute if you could get a shot with them and you in your ears!

We saw several people on our cruise. My dds loved them beacuse they would congratulate the bride andgroom. One couple wearing them was even doing a delayed honeymoon. They had them on at dinner each night and at the indoor parties. They look cute.I never saw anyone attempt them on deck though They would probably blow away.
Wear them with pride and congrats on your upcoming wedding.

I've seen them many, many times BUT agree those that tried to wear them on outside decks were struggling to keep them on.

You just have to wear them for your Welcome Aboard picture and for a Formal Picture. Remember just one thing ... you'll never be able to re-do this honeymoon, and there is no going back. Those pictures will be priceless down the road.

Have a great time and enjoy ... and most of all......

HAVE A VERY MICKEY MARRIAGE

I agree that they would be perfect for your welcome aboard photo and your formal photo (w/ Mickey and Minnie ). Anything extra cute from your honeymoon will become priceless as the years go by. I think they would be worth packing. Congratulations BTW and happy planning.

Yes we have seen them and my husband of almost 15 years said he would love to have a set to wear when we celebrate our anniversary on board.

We have also seen them on many couples onboard....that is how one couple got to participate in the Match Your Mate Game Show....they were obviously the honeymooners!!!!

Actually on our January cruise the bride wore her wedding gown to Formal night...personally I thought that was a bit much but to each his own!! The white ears veil and top hat with ears look very cute!!!

We did the land/sea package for our honeymoon last August. We did wear the ears the whole time on land and sometimes on the ship. We wore them for some of the pictures, which turned out really cute. The rest of the time I wore the "bride" minnie pin and he wore the "groom" mickey pin. It was lots of fun and everyone treats you extra special. The last night our waitress brought out a huge sheet cake that was fabulous! She also gave us a giant "it's our honeymoon!" button but it was the last night so we didn't get to wear that one. Congratulations and have fun!

Thumbs up

If we had them for our honeymoon cruise, we would have worn them; especially for the embarkation photo. How neat!

NO REGRETS!
