How do you freeze things (or don't you?)?

Are the mini-fridges in the rooms capable of freezing anything? I have an insulated bag that has built-in compartments that can be frozen so you can keep items cold for a pretty long time. We usually stay in 1 bedroom villas so we have a full freezer capable of freezing this thing, but I'm not sure whether to drag this along on our trip later this month, since we're staying in a regular room at the YC.

Sure will suck to not have this handy invention along in August if I have no way of freezing it.

i don't know how big the bag is. The mini fridges have very tiny freezer sections that are maybe a few inches thick. If you turn the thing to the coldest setting the stuff in the back of your fridge will freeze though

the freezer is probably big enough for ice packs. I kind of doubt you'd be able to get the entire bag in that freezer but its maybe possible. the ones we've had do get very cold with the fridge on its coldest setting and we actually have had drinks freeze in the fridge section. I wouldn't necessarily count on it though.

The bag isn't that big...maybe the size of three average sized ice packs? You can fit about 2 20 oz bottles of water in them at a time.
