There are so many new things I want to try on our trip next summer:
1) Via Napoli
2) Yak and Yeti
3) Raglan Road
4) Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater
5) Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch (eaten here several times for dinner, but hopefully this time we'll eat there for lunch, and I'll get to try the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake!)
6) Be Our Guest (lunch)
"Human kind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one and only truth."-Alphonse Elric

I'm seeing Trail's End pop up on a lot of these lists and just had to share. We tried this for the first time last year and it was great! My DS (11 at the time) is quite a picky eater, so I thought this might be good for him. And it seemed like it would be fun to take the boat over on one of our MK days. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from the experience, but willing to give it a shot.

Turned out to be wonderful food! Nothing fancy--ribs, chicken, baked potatoes, cornbread, etc. But it was all very tasty. My DS tried the ribs and kept telling me I had to try them. Inside I'm thinking, "Ribs at a buffet. How good can they be?" But to make him happy I gave them a shot. I have to say they were absolutely the best ribs I'd had in a LONG time. Literally fell off the bone. Loved the banana pudding for dessert too. The boat ride was nice and relaxing before dinner. And we found the place to be very quiet, not at all crowded.

I truly think this is one of the hidden gems at Disney! Oh, and we're going back this year!
