Flying Fish. There's no comparison if you're selecting for quality of food and service.

Flying Fish.

Coral Reef isn't even in the same league.

Flying Fish!! One of the best restaurants on property. And, it gives you an excuse to check out the boardwalk.

Flying Fish Café over Coral Reef, for sure, but imo, the best seafood restaurant at WDW is bluezoo.

Flying Fish, it is!

Heard great things about bluezoo but I don't think it's on the DP?

Yet another vote for FF. Coral Reef isn't even in the running.

And that's exactly why BlueZoo is so good!
I would definitely choose Flying Fish over Coral Reef, and I would choose BlueZoo over Flying Fish.

If you ever get the opportunity to eat at both, you'll realize the absurdity of this question. There is really no comparison. For the food, it's Flying Fish. If you want to overpay for substandard and poorly prepared food just so you can watch fish swim in an aquarium, then choose Coral Reef. Although, it did seem a little strange to eat fish while surrounded by an aquarium.
