My favorite splurge is Palo Brunch but a close 2nd is doing the Champagne pairing with Remy Brunch. I NEVER get to drink champagne except on cruises and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to sample several different types during a lovely meal.

Brunch is nice, but I found the chicken parmesan overrated (*ducks from the incoming flames*) - it was salty and just not nearly as tasty as the chicken parmesan I can get from small "just off the boat" Italian restaurants here in NYC. I am definitely in the minority on that one though - I loved brunch, but will not be ordering the chicken parmesan again.

Palo dinner is nice - especially solo as you get completely spoiled rotten by everyone!

I'll usually pick one excursion to do that I choose. For my upcoming one I'm going "off-ship" and booked with Capt. Bob Cass in St. Maarten and am soooooo excited about it!! Definitely makes up for the fact that that itinerary takes us to San Juan where I have no interest in visiting.

But frankly, based on everything I'm seeing and hearing about the non-Disney ship I'll be on for my upcoming cruise to Alaska, I'm just going to be super happy simply to be back on a DISNEY cruise ship!!

It all feels like a big splurge to me! But to me the deposit on the next cruise is the biggest and best

Let's see...
I don't do military ANYTHING, so the fort is out.
Not into Spanish architecture.
Don't like PR food (yes, I've had it homemade by someone originally from PR).

Not much else there. As I'll have a full day of sun, water and sand the previous day at St. Maarten and again when we hit CC, and with my skin tone, another beach day wouldn't necessarily be prudent - I'd rather spend my beach day on CC. I'll just have an extra ship day and LOVE it!!
