DHS is the closest park to CSR. From bus stop #1, I timed it and believe it was six minutes.

Good question. For us that's Awesome news. I hadn't started calculations yet but HS is our first stop after checkin. Glad it's quick.
This also means it won't take long to come back and settle once our room is actually ready, yay!

I believe they start at 6am for the 7am ADR's at the parks.

DHS, Epcot and AK have short rides from CSR, 6-8 mins. MK is about 10-12 mins

Yep, I would agree with those times. CSR is extremely close to those 3 parks, Blizzard Beach, and the Boardwalk.

Thanks for the information everyone - we managed to find a ADR at Hollywood and Vine at 8:15 on September 10th. I was super excited to snag it so close to our trip date.

We will want to be there at least 15 minutes early so we should have plenty of time to catch a bus.

It sounds like all the bus times are really good - I am really looking forward to staying at CSR. We are in a preferred room so we should be close to bus stop 2, which I think is the first stop.

Thanks again for the replies!

I asked this week what time busses started running and was told 6.30am. We had an 8.10am ADR at crystal palace and made it with plenty of time to spare

Hi.
Just wondering if there is cherry coke at the refillable mug station? And hot chocolate (staying in December)?
Anyone have any pictures of the refill station?
Thanks.

Cafe Rix & Pool Bar have refillable stations. The bar by the water might too not sure about that. They have hot chocolate but I'm not sure about cherry coke.

I saw a pic of a refill station that did have cherry coke on it but I don't know how old it was.

Disney should have those coke machines with like 100 flavors https://www.coca-colafreestyle.com
The only draw back is people who don't know how to work fast or what they want before they get there

Agree! Those machines are awesome! I always get a diet vanilla coke, or diet cherry vanilla. They'd be great to have at the resorts.

Royal Caribbean has these on their ships for folks that purchase the unlimited soda packages. Would be nice for WDW refillable mugs too

Travel Time to Hoopdeedoo

How much time should we give ourselves to go from CSR to the Hoopdeedoo Revue? We were planning to take the bus to MK and boat to FW for the 6:15 show.

We will have a car if you think that's faster. Things I read seemed to suggest that the bus/boat is faster since driving requires taking the internal bus to Pioneer Hall.

There are several overlapping conventions scheduled here during our stay. Travel Planners International, Disney Approach to Quality Service, Enhancing Judicial Bench Skills, and National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children. Yikes! Sounds crowded. Does anyone know anything about any of the groups? Was wondering how big the groups will be and if the main pool would be closed for their special activities. Thanks for any info.
