Nervous about one effect the new DAS

I used the GAC to be able to sit in the hanicapped section of Philharmagic, Fantasmic, etc. I don't use a wheelchair-is an invisible disabilty. I did call guest relations and was told I have to tell each CM where I need to sit and they will accomodate, I hope it is as easy as that but I am worried. Any recent experiences with this issue?

The way I understand it, if your issue is only an issue with where you sit and not anything to do with standing in line, you should be able to just discuss it with a CM at the attraction. I imagine it'd be handled like people with visual issues wanting to sit near the front, and they are told to speak to the CM now.

One trip I was having a lot of knee pain. We entered Lights Motor Action on the ground level and the seats were all way up. I stopped and talked to the CM and she sat us in the front row.

Now we travel with a ECV so we're always in the back of theatres.

Ask to sit on a low level. My daughter is quite mobile but when faced with super high stadium seating I really need to be down low with her. Too dangerous. I just ask and we were told we could sit down low and this includes other parks also.

This is something I'm really worried about. I've run into so many CM's who were so unwilling to accommodate my needs (visually impaired but not blind) unless I had the GAC with the stamp for vision, that I simply have a hard time believing that they will suddenly start doing so now that they're no longer required to, and it's just left up to their individual whims. I've never had much luck relying on the kindness of strangers,as the saying goes.
