Added another 20 minutes of walking last night even though I really wanted to skip it.

First run since injury! Only 15 minutes running, was so scared of falling again and felt like I lost all my stamina... But towards the end I started to feel better. But will take it slowly!

did twenty minutes on the elliptical, some strenght and day 5 of a 30-day challenge I'm doing with friends. March is all about thighs.

54 minutes on the arc trainer today. LOL! I know weird number, I was only doing 45, but then was talking to a friend while we were on the machines and ended up at 54

Last night was dance class, 90 min

Thanks so much for your kind words of encouragement I keep telling myself everyone has to start somewhere and the more I do the easier it will get
