Lots of walking and then 10 minutes in my living room doing crunches and a few arm exercises! Tomorrow or on Thursday I will restart a little bit of running!! Yeah!

Okay, I'm REALLY in this time! I can honestly say this time that I'm caught up enough that I can play on the DIS again. (Thank goodness!)

Rose, please put me in for 1000 this month. I'll have an update for you tomorrow as I have it written down at home. I even went and (gulp) joined a gym!

Ok, I'm in too- little different for me this month though. I'm aiming for 700. This month I'm starting Jillian michaels 90 day body revolution and cutting back my running mileage. I actually started last Saturday, right on mar 1, but then i was struck down with strep throat and a fever so I'm going to try to start all over again next week.

Another weight training morning with a little arc trainer thrown in. 70 min today

Congrats to those just joining the gym!! I joined one in December and have been loving it! Once I got past the initial shame of how out of shape I am, I have been amazed at how far I've come already. And though the scale isn't reflecting it as much as I would like, the changes I can see and the way I feel definitely trumps that!
