I'll join again! Since I made my goal of 2100 last month, I'll push it up to 2200 this time.

ETA: Going to try again on the plank challenge. Same as last month, 1x front, 1x each side, 1x reverse for 25 seconds each, 5 days/week.

I count Disney walking if I am doing it instead of transportation or if it is purposeful. For instance if I walk from BW to DHS instead of taking the boat or if I purposely turn runkeeper on and do a walk around epcot or MK.

Thanks Rose for hosting this again.

I'm in again this month. I'm going to try for 650 this month. February was a rough month overall and I hoping March is better.

3/1 75 minutes walking
3/2 70 minutes DVD and walking

Total: 145/650

I'd like to join! I meant to join in February, but it was an awful weather month here.

Anyway, I started on 3/1, doing walking/running to train for two upcoming races. Hoping to drop a few pounds along the way.

I have never joined this, but here we go!

March: 810

That should be 30 minutes a day for the rest of the month. I will probably end up doing an hour every other day, though.

I just finished my third Princess Half Marathon, so I am going to try anything to keep running and not have that lull that happens before it is time to train for 2015!

We walked outside last night. Should have been around ~50, but instead it was snow and ice covered and the low 20s. Brrrr. Got to warm up sooner or later right?
