Weather and Mickey's Backyard BBQ

We have a free dining bounceback and are contemplating booking an ADR at Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

I realize that Mickey's Backyard BBQ is in a big pavilion. I've walked by it while staying at FW. I also realize that because of the fact that it is outside that the festivities must be subject to the weather.

I was wondering what kind of weather determines whether it is cancelled. Obviously really heavy rains with wind, but often it rains straight down in September. Does the BBQ go on if there is just rain? Has anyone attended in the rain or had it cancelled on them?

I am also assuming that if it is cancelled due to weather that I would get a full refund. Is this true?

Thanks for the help. So many delectable dining options, so few DP credits!

1) I am certain it had to be canceled some time or other.
2) But, I haven't seen it, but maybe others have witnessed closings.
3) As for operations,
4) Tarps, plastic curtains, and some portable heaters are put up
. . . for the cold (still darn cold inside)
. . . for heavy rains (still get water and misting)
. . . neither work all that well
