Boulangerie Patisserie - France Epcot Question

I know the world show case doesn't open till 11 ,But does Boulangerie Patisserie open earlier for pastries for breakfast.

As far as I know, yes, they still open early to sell pastries.

Yes. They open for breakfast at 9.

Yup! It's a very yummy way to start the day. Just note that nothing else in the France pavilion is open yet and they won't let you head beyond France (towards Morocco) until 11:00 am.

I would think they would let you continue on now that Anna & Elsa meet & greet in Norway starts at 9

Yes, you can walk from FW, past Mexico to Norway for the Akershus and to get in line for the Frozen M&G. They will not let you walk around WS (via Morocco, past Japan, US, Italy, Germany, and China) to get to Norway. You'd have to head back past UK and Canada to get to Norway.
