Do all rooms in the deluxe resorts sleep 5?

In the deluxe resorts that accommodate 5 people (primarily the Yacht/Beach Cub), do all of the rooms sleep 5? We are a family of 5, but I want to book a room package and only 3 of us need a ticket. I was thinking of only putting 3 of us on the reservation, but I would need a room that would accommodate all 5 of us. Make sense? Thanks for your help!

I believe some rooms do not have daybeds, so they only accommodate 4. You need to list everyone on the reservation, otherwise they cannot use DME and they will not get magic bands. Just book room only and buy the tickets separate for those who need it. Or if you want the dining plan, just buy the minimum days and then save the extras for another trip.

All people staying in the room must be listed on the reservation, whether you have a package or not. If necessary, just buy a one day ticket for the other 2 people and use it later.

As others said you will need to list all the people on the reservation, especially if you want to use DME.
There are 2 Deluxe resorts that come to mind that do not sleep 5, that would be WL and AKL, unless you want a suite, or a 1 bedroom DVC room at AKV, Kidani.

And aside from that (which is true) if you don't put 5 on the reservation, you might not get a room for 5, since families of 5 have to get those rooms.

Why not book room only and buy the tickets you need separately? Room only has more flexible cancellation policies as well.
