Rookie needs help with BWV

I've rented points to stay at the BWV in Sept for the first time. So excited! I need some help understanding what will be there available to use. One thread indicated that there is no refrig, one said there is one. One thread said that there is no coffee pot one said there is.
I'm confused. Can someone set me straight? Thanks!

There will be a fridge and a coffee pot, and more. Did you rent a studio or soemthing bigger?

You will also have a microwave and toaster in a studio and in a bigger room, a full size fridge, stove, and washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc

I don't know where you read what you read, but that information has never been correct for the villas.

See pictures here:

The kitchenette picture they have is from a handicapped accessible room.

In a studio, you'll have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa. You'll have an undercounter refrigerator with a small freezer section. The coffee maker is the Mr Coffee style with basket filter, usually 10-12 cup size.

You'll have your villa serviced every four days. If you booked seven nights or less, you'll get the towels replaced and trash removed on day four. If you booked eight nights or more, you get full service on day four and trash removed and towels replaced on day eight.

When you try to open the sleeper sofa, it flips open from the back. The cushions stay attached and help support the foot of the bed.

You'll love it. This year will our 4th stay there in a studio. If you enjoy walking, the path to studios will get you there quicker than the boat. We live where everything a hill, so the nice flat walk to studios was a joy!
Also, if you haven't made a room request, you may want to request close to the elevators. It can be a hike if you are on the ends. However there are stairs throughout so if you don't mind the stairs, they are generally close to most rooms.

Great stuff! My family will be in a one bdrm at boardwalk villas, first time there but we love Epcot area resorts. I've heard that if you book through Disney, you get housekeeping everyday just like a regular room? Is that accurate? We are really excited about the kitchen and being able to cook breakfast. I know that sounds kind of dumb, but for some reason my family eats better alone. That really sounds weird now that I read it, what I mean is that they all like something different and being able to cook each of them their favorites for bfast before we head out to the parks will be perfect.

Yes, if you book through Disney, it will be just like a regular stay, with daily housekeeping.

We just stayed at BWV the first week in December in a studio. You will have a fridge and coffee maker in a little kitchenette area. Queen bed and pullout sofa. This was our first stay at the BWV since we got our DVC membership.. Our family loved the entire resort and the atmosphere was so wonderful! The walk to Epcot was great and nice boat ride to HWS. We actually purchased BWV for our home resort, and after our stay there we were so happy with our decision.

You will also have a microwave and a toaster in a studio. Glasses and mugs are provided, as well as paper plates and bowls, with plastic flatware. There will be dish detergent and sponge, as well as paper towels and a dishcloth.
I love the studios, especially at BW.

If you take the boat from DHS, it is sometime easier to get out at the Swan and Dolphin and walk to your room from there.

Just stayed there in December and our studio had both. Beautiful resort! Can beat the location! Being about to walk to Epcot and DHS is such a huge benefit.
