If your dd wants interaction with just princesses, try dinner at Asherkus in Norway. It was interesting to try different foods, our server was on an exchange program, so we actually learned about her country (she actually say and talked about home for a bit when we started asking questions) and many princesses were there. Belle, Snow White, sleeping beauty, Ariel. We even had a photo ok I closed with our meal.

And it's not a buffet, although there's a smaller Norwegian buffet option. You can also order from a menu.
