Best places in parks to get breakfast - not table service

I am hoping to be a rope drop at each park with my family. If we do not end up eating in the room before we leave we will want to grab something for breakfast at the parks (but not take the time for a sit down meal). What are my best options at each park? The only thing I can think of that I know we got last time we went was the Cinnamon Roll at Gastons Tavern which was wonderful...

I like Pizzafari at AK - you can get the Bounty Platter there. Tamu Tamu also serves breakfast.

Starring Rolls at DHS has really good pastries as does Writer's Stop.

At EPCOT I would go to Sunshine Seasons or Starbucks.

Magic Kingdom has me scratching my head for a CS breakfast other than Starbucks. I know Sleepy Hollow has a nutella and fruit waffle, but Allears shows the hours for the sandwiches starting at 11 am.

AK: Pizzafari serves breakfast!
Or: there's a little restaurant across from Tusker House (as if you are crossing over into Asia) that serves french toast sticks, yogurt parfaits, and the such!

DHS: Starring Rolls, bagels, strudels, cupcakes, stuff like that, super delicious!

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, definitely.
-Fruit & cheese plates
-Breakfast meals/foods
-Croissant berry bread pudding!

MK:
-Starbucks (your regular starbucks breakfast items & some cupcakes)
-Gastons
-Sleepy Hollow (not sure what time they open) but the fruit & nutella waffle sandwich would be do able!!
-Tommorrowland Terrance: (if it's open) usually has stuff like beignets in the morning!

We did Starbucks at MK & Epcot. They had fruit in addition to the breakfast sandwiches & pastries. If you have the meal plan, it's sandwich & drink or pastry, fruit, & drink.

MK....Mainstreet Bakery

Mainstreet Bakery, I think (please check) might be open prior to rope drop, so you can have a quick breakfast and still get into the park early.

Sunshine seasons is our favorite at Epcot, since we stay at the beach club we usually walk to the boardwalk bakery and grab breakfast there before heading to either Epcot magic kingdom or Hollywood studios. Animal kingdom we do do a table service at rainforest cafe get there before the park opens so we still can make the opening of animal kingdom

If we want breakfast on an MK morning, we run over to Captain Cook's at the poly.

So there isn't a place at MK anymore with breakfast sandwiches like they had at the bakery?

Thanks everyone - I have never been in a Starbucks so did not know they had breakfast sandwiches. Is Main St Bakery still open?

That depends on how you define it. Main St. Bakery is now Starbucks and it is open, but you don't have the same yummy Disney pastries, cakes, cinn rolls, etc. You have Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, and pastries.

Here is an overview of the Starbucks/Main St. Bakery:
