Which Restaurants have good Wine Menus?

Which restaurants do you know besides top tier ones like California Grill and V&A could you get a nice expensive bottle of Champagne or Red Wine? Something like a bottle of Dom Perignon or a nice Cabernet? Like maybe The Wave or Captains Grille or Coral Reef?

Thank you!

Pretty much all the Signature restaurants have a special wine menu with high-end wines. Also, you'll find a big selection of wines from the NorthWest at Artist Point, and Africa at Jiko.

In some case you have to request the better wine list. Based on past visits I know the CA Grill has 2 different ones.

All 3 have good wine lists. We had a bottle with each of our dinners at Calif Grill and Flying Fish earlier this month. We also went to the Wednesday afternoon wine tasting at Jiko (great experience). The Sommelier had 2 nice reds and a while with cheese and fruit pairings.

All the signatures, as noted, but we loved Sanaa (at Animal Kingdom Lodge) for their wine selection. They had unique options that you won't find anywhere else and wine flights, which are just fun to try several different wines from regions we haven't tasted in the past.
