We know DCL reads these boards, maybe they'll take a suggestion and run with it...
We weren't bored on our cruise. We love, love, love the pool and filled any spare time we had with that. But as non-drinkers, all the mixology classes weren't interesting to us, for example. We'd have loved to see more dancing, more cooking, more drawing. So I'm not complaining, personally, but if anyone out there is curious, those would be my suggestions. YMMV.

That sounds so completely amazing to me right now, as I sit here in NY, in February...

Take a look at recent Navigators. We cruised years ago and thought there was plenty to do. Frankly, the Navigators coming out now don't look very different from when we cruised - so as to adding adult activities - if you didn't like the ones they had then, I don't think its changed too much. Though they have added a LOT more booze seminars than when we cruised (back then it was wine tasting and that was it - there might have been a tequila tasting on the cruise to Mexico).

There is also a lot more activity on a ship on a longer cruise than a short cruise - if you are taking a cruise that doesn't have at sea days, and you don't get off the ship in Port, the ship can get pretty quiet.

We are the same way. My suggestions would be something involving chocolate or coffee.

ANYTHING involving chocolate is a goodness. There's the one wine pairing class, but I just like my chocolate straight up. I'm jealous of the people who are going to be on the 2/8 - 2/14 sailing, for this Godiva Chocolate Trunk Show:

I always thought they where plenty of activities to do during the day for adults. I also don't mind finding my own things to do during the day such as hanging out at the pool, going to the movies, working out in the gym, doing several laps around the ship or just napping.
