I am not a water snob but the water was bad!!!! We tried it outta the faucet the first day and gross!! The water for the ice machines are filtered so if you fill your water bottle the night before and let it melt then add more ice in the morning it is drinkable.

Water that gets supplied for cooking and the dispenser machines is fine, I'm not sure I would recommend drinking any water directly from the bathroom if your systems are the same ones the crew has to use. In fact they make a big deal about telling us not to consume the water from our showers and faucets! So for your sake I do hope guests get drinkable water running in their taps!

Would DCL send gray water to the crew baths and the good stuff to the pax baths?

If the cabin tap water wasn't safe, there would be notifications posted indicating such.

We drank out of the cabin taps w/o any issues. Tasted the same as the beverage station. Some have reported it tasted a bit moldy out of the taps. But if recently used/flushed I feel it will/should be similiar.

Use can always fill a jug/carafe at the beverage station to keep in cabin.

We fond the ship board water to be fine. We refilled our bottles with bath tap water, not a issue!

I am a water snob in the sense that I don't like tap water at home or in hotels/ships. I use a Brita filter at home. When onboard DCL I have no problem at all getting water from the 24 hour beverage station and drinking water in the dining rooms with meals...tastes great!!!

My own quirk is not to drink water from the room tap. Maybe it does not make logical sense but that is me. Before bed we always stop at the drink station and bring a cup of water back to the cabin. During the day I drink water from the beverage station and water in the dining rooms. We also always have a bucket of ice in the cabin.

I always brush my teeth with the tap water in the cabin....I just don't drink it (again my own personal quirk). It is not grey water in the cabins, it is clean, pure water. I just don't like drinking from the tap. But I will shower, brush my teeth, etc. with it. I don't feel you need bottled water to brush your teeth.

I think the water in the parks, resorts and DCL tastes fine.

I don't like the water at Disney World bit I think the water on the ships is very good.
