To go in June or december?

I'm trying to decide if I should go in June or December. If we went in June it would be the
10-17 if we went in December it would be the
1-6
June we would have more days but it would be hot, humid and crowded. In December it would be less days and I would think less crowded but I hear it's starting to get busy durning that time too

Also if we went in December we would have to take our 4 kids out of school ( they will be 4,6,8,9)

I want everyone to have a good time.

Def Dec.

Definitely December!!! The weather will most likely give you a reprieve from the cold of where you live. It is warm enough to swim in the heated pools. The decorations and theming are phenomenal. The crowds are low. It is a great time to visit!

i prefer december. using the pools will be iffy, but the weather should be better than the crazy hot/humid of June. crowds are not as low as they used to be for early december but it's still usually less crowded than summer. the holiday decorations and special events are also a bonus in december.

Both are good times. I would go when I get more time. Yes it will be warmer, however, there will be later hours so you don't have to be out at the hottest time of day. I would not worry about taking them out of school at their age with either set of dates. While I did it this year and won't ever again we got two weeks worth of work before we left and my son got it done before we even got in the car and he's in 4th grade. However, I will not go in Dec. again because I felt it messed up our holidays tremendously at home. Didn't get all the decorations out. Had to rush to start and finish shopping and how much cash on hand we had to spend. Yes we were on vacation from Thanksgiving until the 17th but still never again. I like being home making cookies, decorating, looking at Christmas lights. SO think about how it will affect your season. The Osborne lights were awesome and over the top. What I would expect at Disney. The Candle light processional was nice too. The overall decorations I felt were meh. Maybe because I fell into the hype when preparing for the trip and then it was a little bit of a let down.
No worries about that in June. The weather in Dec. was nice but it was a heat wave and about 15 degrees warmer than usual so we lucked out.

We were there during the Dec time period this year and it was busy, but probably not as busy as it will be in June. Our Dec trip was too cold to go swimming most of the days. It finally got warm on our last day. June will be better for swimming and possible trips to water parks. And you wouldn't have to take the kids out of school. I vote for June so you won't have to take the kids out of school and you get one more day.

Our last trip was in December and I didn't enjoy it as much as I'd thought I would. I enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip much more.

Taking a trip between Thanksgiving and Christmas was stressful. I still had to cook a turkey dinner, plan a trip and then get ready for Christmas. It was a lot. I will only do Thanksgiving week from now on during the holidays.

If you want to see the decorations you should go during Thanksgiving. You don't have to worry about cooking and then you can still focus on Christmas later. The prices are lower than Christmas/NYE and I didn't find the crowds to be too bad.

December! so beautiful there in Dec. my kids brave the pool despite the temps! i agree that at those ages now is probably the time to pull them from school - it gets harder as they get older! you will have fun no matter what you decide!

I have gone in both December (3 times) and June (once) and I too, vote for December. We are not pool users but even with somewhat shorter park hours touring in December is so pleasant. In addition, the decorations add such a festive element.

And even as a former educator for 36 years I fully support pulling children out of school in December; so worth it for family time during the busy holiday season.

The first full week of June was hot but not unbearable and not as busy as later in the summer.
