Going to be at a Conference offsite but staying in Disney at POP

Does anyone know how easy it will be to call a cab or other transportation to take us to an offsite hotel for a conference? Thanks in advance

Extremely. Dial 0 and ask to be connected to Mears, or just go out the front door and wave one over.

Thank you so much. Was afraid this wouldn't be possible.

Doing the same thing from POR in February - did it a few years ago too - taxis are pretty easy to find, usually one parked out front within hailing distance

I have stayed at WDW in the past while attending an off-site conference. Didn't uses taxis though as I rented a car. You may want to look into a rental. If the off-site conference is a good distance away, a rental may cost less than taxi fares to/from each day.

WDW - 11 visits since 1979 (Polynesian x5, P.O. Riverside x2, Contemporary x2, Yacht Club, Coronado Springs, Shades of Green). Going back in 2015.
DLR - Yearly since 1984 (AP holders)

Super easy, do this often when I attend conferences at Disney neighboring properties but stay at Disney resort. I take envelopes with $20 cash for each way and always get receipt.

If you have a group too big for a regular taxi, they even have larger van type ones. Sometimes it is a good idea to call from your room, it's very easy to get one- but if they know you are on the way it helps.

That said, I second the idea of considering a rental car. (though I suppose you might have to pay to park in that case.) Also consider how quickly you'll be able to get a taxi from the other hotel.

If t's a big convention hotel , taxi's are probably easy to find on that end too.
