Which resorts are Magic Band only?

Just wondering if anyone has a list of resorts that are Magic Band only, no KTTW cards. And if anyone knows which are next to be switched over?

I don't eat onions-they squelch when you bite into them
I don't eat raisins-they look like dried up bugs
Can we say food issues?

I think PoP and the AllStars are band only so far.

(I'm at Sports in March and I'm pretty sure they've said it's already that way there)

You can still request a "KTTW" card.

But Pop and the AllStar KTTW cards won't work in the FP machines.

You need to go through a separate step to transfer the eTicket from your band to your card, but yes its possible to only use the KTTW card.

When you enter a park, go over to Guest relations, one of the CM's can help you with the process. It's called "tickeration'.

It was my understanding that all hotels were now MB, not kttw cards. I thought the transition happened at the beginning of Dec?

*missing having a ticker... I wanna go back!

Feb 2014 - According to DH, we're going back "next winter," whatever that means. Not specific enough for a ticker... yet!

Correct. But you can still request a KTTW as a backup.

We just returned from an 8-night stay at WL-CL. All guests can still request KTTW cards and use them exclusively. The MB legal fine print details an option to "opt out" and also mentions the option of using the KTTW card.

We did have MBs, but we were able to use our KTTW for EVERYTHING. Anything that is associated with your MDX account is now associated with your KTTW card. It was not previously possible to associate everything, but since the inception of MBs and the new My Disney Experience (MDX) account, everything is linked to the KTTW card as long as it is properly linked in your MDX account. Our FP+, Memory Maker, Annual Passes, room key and charging were all accessible using only our KTTW card. We were even able to pull paper FPs.

One caveat, CMs are very skeptical and some were downright rude and completely opposed to our using our KTTW card for some features. Most notable were PhotoPass photographers. We knew that our Memory Maker was linked in our MDX account and we knew that it worked using our KTTW card because we checked at the GF kiosk, but all but one photographer was opposed to our using it. They claimed it would not work and we would be "disappointed." My insistence paid off, however, and after a lengthy and at times heated discussion with a manager, they finally allowed us to upload our attraction photos into our PP/Memory Maker account using only our KTTW card.

We concluded that Disney doesn't want to promote the use of the KTTW card because it lacks the ability to track you, which is precisely why we chose not to use the MBs (though our DD did because she preferred wearing the MB). You can still opt out of using the MBs and the KTTW should continue to be made available to guests who request it. You can use both the MB and the KTTW or either exclusively. If all guests are forced to use MBs exclusively so that Disney can track everyone, there would most likely be some legal ramifications for Disney, as currently there is an opt out option and KTTW option.
