After the first few pages of this thread, I realized maybe I should put one year of vacation savings into Disney stock instead...just a thought...

We went last year for just under a week and spent about $5000...

I have a really stressful job and Disney is my one splurge. There is nothing better than the time my family spends there each year. We leave each year talking about the next trip. We spend all year looking at pictures from earlier trips on the apple TV and reliving the best memories.

196 days to go according to my iPhone reminder app...

October 15-23 with my Aunt joining me for the 17-22. POFQ. 7 day tickets with park hopper.

$2,600

I am playing for everything besides TS meals, her spending money, and her flight. My food budget, which I over budget SO much due to planning an app, entree, and dessert for all meals, plus an extra $20 for snacks and drinks for each person each day, comes to $1,246.

So a total right now of $3,846.

I have no idea what my flight will be as I am waiting for SW to release their dates. However, so far they have looked to be pretty dang high so I am budgeting $650 or so.

So, $4,496.

Add in spending money and I am budgeting a flat $6,000 for the trip as a whole.

Lets not even get started on my 2015 trip where I am planning to pay for everything for 5 people for a week except for their flights, spending money, and one meal for them. Including a trip for myself and my cousin to Victoria and Albert's.
