Magical Express from Art of Animation

We are cruising on the magic after a few nights at Art of Animation. When do the buses leave for port? Do you select a time or is there only one time?

Magical Express only runs between the WDW Resort Hotels at MCO. DCL Ground Transportation runs to/from Port Canaveral.

Your pickup time at the resort will be left on your door the day before you sail.

As noted by PP, Magical Express is the shuttle service that runs between MCO and the WDW resorts. This service is free.

DCL transfers between the port and WDW resorts, or port to MCO costs $35.00 per person each way.

Generally, the night before the cruise you will receive a letter in your room telling you the procedures for getting to the ship. Typically, you will be directed to leave your checked bags inside your room at the resort for pick up by 8:00 am. The luggage goes by truck to the ship. The pickup window for WDW resorts is in the 11:30-12:30 time frame. Your letter will tell you what time to be at the pick up spot at the resort that day. Each bus may (or may not) stop at one or more resorts. When the bus is full it will head for the port.

We stayed at POFQ before our last cruise. The night before the cruise we got a letter saying someone would pick up our bags at around 8 am and that we should be in the lobby to catch the bus to the port by 11:45. We were the last group to get picked up and were onboard by 1 pm.
