Insurance and a credit.

Oes Ny one know how I go about getting. Credit from Disney. I was told by Disney that if my insurance de Jed my claim I would get. Credit back from Disney for the difference of what they gave me back already.

I knew the claim would be denied but went trough the process anyway. Took awhile. But now do I just send dc. The paper work that says denied?

I will. Be calling them to but just wanted some opinions.

Thanks.

I have no idea what circumstances you are talking about, but I would call DCL for instructions. (800) 951-3532

As I recall when I went through it, it was a simple matter of providing them with evidence that the claim was denied, and they applied the credit to the person's account.
