Favorite cs salads?

What are your favorite cs salads and where can I get them? I eat some sort of salad everyday for lunch and need some direction........we will be resort hopping to see the holiday decorations so suggestions in both parks and resorts are welcome.

I loved the taco salads at Pecos Bills in Magic Kingdom. They were simple and basic but I enjoyed them. I also enjoy the salads from the food court at Port Orleans Riverside, I didn't have any from there on our most recent trip but back in April I ate one every time we ate at the resort. You can pick exactly what you want from a large variety of ingredients.

The Contempo Cafe has a curry roasted vegetable bulgur salad that I've enjoyed.

My favorites:

Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese Salad - with Honey Sherry dressing @ Sunshine Seasons.
Southwest Salad with Chicken - mixed greens, crisp corn tortilla, black bean relish, avocado, and cilantro vinaigrette @ The Backlot Express in DHS.

And my surprise favorite from our trip last May: Antipasto Salad - tossed to order. Salami, pepperoni, Kalamata olives, mozzarella, tomatoes, chopped Romaine, and Italian vinaigrette @ Pizza Planet.

ps - the yuckiest of the trip - Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Salad @ Pizzafari (blech!)

The Mara salad at Mara in AKL was very good. I know it had lentils and some other ingredients that made it a very tasty salad. The Christmas Tree at AKL is supposed to be amazing!

If resort hooping takes you to pop they have a build your own salad section that has tons of choices.

The Wilderness Lodge is a must see at Christmas time! So beautiful and rustic!
Roaring Fork, WL's CS location has a Wilderness Salad that I love. It's lettuce, chicken, candied walnuts, diced apples, cheese, croutons, tossed in a light vinagarette. Delicious!

I'm also a big salad lover! My favourite was probably the Quinoi Salad at Tamu Tamu at Animal Kingdom. The seating in the back is lovely, too. Josh at EasyWDW reviewed it here:
http://www.easywdw.com/uncategorized...kingdom-31913/

It was tasty, and I always find quinoi really satisfying!

I've also tried a lot of the salads at EoS, and they were all really good, and large portions. Super reasonable if you're paying OOP too.

Also, don't forget that if you don't feel like the meat on your salad, you can ask to have the salad without it - the salad will be a couple bucks cheaper, too.
