YAY! Thank you for the correction. I must have read 10pm and just assumed without reading any further

It's nice to wake up in Jacksonville, Fl with a clear sunny morning knowing we only have a 2 1/2 hour drive to POP!

Looking forward to lunch at BOG(Fastpass) and dinner at the POP food court.

And looking forward to our next 7 nights at disney then 3 at universal!
I feel like I'll be feeling the exact same way in a couple of weeks. We'll be driving there from TX, about 16 hrs first half of the trip and 4hrs the day after. Not looking forward to that first day of driving but hoping it'll make that second day drive so much easier.

Last I knew they had a limited number available on a first come first serve basis, so no guarantee.

I have read in other threads that they do have a limited number of roll away beds for a cost of $15 per night

They do! We had one in December on our pre Christmas trip

Limited in number, first come - first served. $15 a night. Requested. it in advance , wasn't there when we checked in - a quick visit to the front desk & all was resolved quickly

Woohoo! Just paid for our vacation package and we check in 44 days from today!

We stayed at Pop in May 2009, October 2010, but then we stayed of AofA November 2012.....so it's been almost four years since we've been to Pop. From reading all the info here, it doesn't appear anything has changed, except fridges in all the rooms now. Anyone know of any major/minor changes in the last four years lol?

We stayed in the 70s building both times before, but this time we are doing preferred pool view, hoping for first floor. Sooooo excited!!!!!

Thank you!!! The name fits her well!!!! lol She's both spunky and sweet! Everyone thought it was strange at first, but I had found it in a name book and just fell in love with the name. A couple years after she was born, my nurse practitioner at my OB's office, her granddaughter was named Paisley.....and we've met a few since then. I still love the name!

October is an awesome time to go to Disney!!!!

You must be so excited for your upcoming trip! We are Pop lovers as well! Only 5 more days for us! Which pool do you want to be close to?

We would love to have connecting rooms since the Grandparents are joining us on our trip.

When we book, do we request connecting rooms at that time - than when its time to do our online checkin request the 60's building? Or can we request it all at the time of inital booking?

Thanks!

The menu has changed, no more moms night out dishes, no chicken alfredo (the old way) & the tie dye cheesecake is in the small cake containers. Oh & no breakfast pizza. Even with the menu changes it's still good. Have a great trip.

Thanks for the food updates. I had forgotten I read about the cheesecake previously. Dd will be disappointed

The old chicken Alfredo was one of my favs too.

I was there in nov '12 and got to walk over to AOA but this will be dd first time to do that. We stayed there back when the resort first opened and many times after.

Going for 2 nights for a trip down memory lane
