Best resorts for family of 5

We have stayed at POR and we really like it, but we would like to try some other disney resorts or look at other options for our next trip. What are some of the deluxe options for a family of 5? I was really interested in WL but the only option for 5 is at club level ans its very expensive..

Any of the Epcot or Monorail resorts would work.

Although not deluxe, FW would certainly qualify -- it is in between moderate and deluxe-- with it's own boats, it has easy access to MK and does have a table service restaurant. We are staying there in February with a GF split stay. The kids want to stay there as they enjoy all the activities that FW has to offer -- keep in mind the kids are 16, 22 and 23.

My family of five likes Beach Club or Poly the best.

I know you asked about deluxe options, but CBR is supposed to have rooms that accommodate 5 after the refurb is complete. We had a great stay at CBR as we loved everything about the resort and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

1BRs at BLT and AKV-kidani sleep 5 (1 king bed + 1 pullout sofabed + 1 pullout sleeper chair) and also have 2 bathrooms, so they might be a nice option, though they can be a bit expensive.

We just booked a Deluxe Studio at the Wildnerness Lodge Villas for next summer. It sleeps 5. Like you, always wanted to stay at the WL but Deluxe Room CL is out of our budget. The rate was $384.00 a night without discounts. If a discount comes out we will apply.

FW wilderness cabins sleep six. Plus they have a full kitchen. I really feel like FW is the secret that most guest dont know about. We find it so relaxing. Many FW guests dont even bother to go into the park, there is just so much at the resort.

Other options: one of the DVC resorts or AoA.
