I have really been struggling this week. I think the time change is kicking my butt! Plus this week is always one of the craziest weeks of the year at my work--I think I conveniently forgot that!

a bit of strength training: 20 minutes on brand new equipment in the college fitness center. It was good to try out the new stuff and get some base line data.
